  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags or labels intact.

Please note: Perishable goods or customized products are not eligible for return.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
